No... haven't seen that. But I can see a slooow turn around to attitudes towards design in this rather bland town (which I love more than any other) OCAD, The Drake hotel (much of queen w/of strachan). It's slow, but it's happening. It's good. Bout bloody time. Bound to be noticed abroad at some point.
anyhow... not wanting to dreail a the thread. I digress...

Yea it's true, OCAD is a really nice space to be in. I go there and the work enviroment is great.

I love it (the giant shoebox in the sky) it breaks up an extremely mundane skyline round those parts. It's abbrasive and I like that a lot.
A have to admit that when I first saw it I was apprehensive to say the least. Upon hearing the architet explain his choices I was won over. Full stop.

when i was there they just started talking about building that thing. i wish i was there to see it.
i liked being in ocad i guess. quite nice, thinking back.

Yea anyone who is in Toronto and hasn't seen/ been inside the building you should go take a look around. It's good.
