bad ecommerce site

    hi all, i bought some dvds from a website 2 months ago and they still havnt arrived. the web site is refusing to reinburse me or send me the dvds. is there a company that polices these websites? im going to send an email to them saying that ive notified my credit card company about this, but could i say that ive got nominet involved or something? its a .com by the way. - G

    I don't know of any "police" but just tell your credit card company they have taken your money and not delivered the goods and you will get your money back and the credit card company will take it up with them.
