and the ad stuff is it mostly in japanese? i want to spend some time in japan but i'm guess havin no clue about the langauage is gonna be a downfall.

5 years ago I was with Razorfish and tried to get transferred here. Didn't work out. But I got some contacts while I was here back then, then I sold some parts of my soul and somehow it all worked out after a lot of back and forths for a year or two.
If you want to come over perhaps an easy way to start would be to look into the working holiday-visa deal? I wouldn't know about it, I'm swedish so we don't have that deal with Japan, but I heard it's alright. Oztralia has that, but you were not from there?
