its a big house. and this is the bottem part.. on the side of a hill so we have a back entrance and a huge back yard and a big parking area for 4 cars.. 2 are ours. We got a great deal and came in at the right time

I just got a new pad that is a 1 bd loft of a old 4 story townhouse.
Perfect for a lonely guy such as myself, greatest part is that the skylight completely opens and you climb a little swing ladder to a my own private roof deck...overlooking the harbour here...such a rare find for sure...

my sister went to Kings and we all went down for her graduation a few years ago, seemed like a nice enough town.

Its a great town for sure.
got the place for 695 a month, heat, hw, cable and parking.
Really good landlord too, we talked for about 2 hours the day I signed the papers.
Neighbourhood is second to none as well...I just got lucky

I live in on the border of Nob Hill / Pacific Heights, in a well up kept spotless large building. I get what I pay for, but will be also moving soon.

we pay $900 for our house, and it's in a very "trendy" downtown area. it's pretty cheap i guess when you compare it with other cities

i have 1 bedroom w/closet, a living room/study, and an entry room for 1750.
i'm moving to canada
but then again i came from kansas with a two bedroom, vaulted ceilings, new kitchen, and garage for 600 so there ya go
