if you explaind it to the client and they still want to go ahead with, then just do it...then it's the clients problem and not yours.

yeah man, if the client likes it, and they're already aware of your issues...there isn't a whole lot you can do.

Sorry you didn't see the lighter side of my post Brain.
I thought it would help to see how close it was and what you could say to the client.
You didn't really give us much to go on.
