you comp a site, get all the way through the approval stage, and are starting to code
then you happen upon a site out there that is waaaay to close to what you were about to build
you then definately want to adjust the grid at least, and tweak here and there to re-achieve a uniqueness to the layout
problem is, client still loves original, and asks for you to keep it, despite any similarities..
