I have a whole folder of droplets I use fairly regularly. The save time and sanity.
I may not have a flying car or entire meals in pill form... but dangit I can automate the heck out of some design work, so the future's ok with me.

and in Image Ready (and PS?) you can save the Action as a droplet, so you just drag a bunch of images on droplet icons to run various batches...

obey46 said it.
do it exactly the way you want from the start.
:record
open file
resize to specs
save or save as
close file
:end recordthen do what obey said and choose your start folder (where you want to grab the files from, and the end folder, where you want the files to go) and then sit back with a beer and watch the computer work it's magic.

Yeah, i've got like 200 shots that i want to resize (etc.) and i don't fancy pushing that play-button that many times...

what are you trying to do?
say you wanted to resize a bunch of images, you could set up an action that resizes each one and does them all for you.
or if you want an action to use at certain times you can set on up to use a function key so you can just hit that and use it whenever.
but if you want one to just 'recognize' something should be done and do it then no.

I'm sure this is a silly question for many of you but ... is it possible to make an action repeat itself automatically?
Thanks in advance, as usual :)
