  do it exactly the way you want from the start.

  :record
  open file
  resize to specs
  save or save as
  close file
  :end record

  then do what obey said and choose your start folder (where you want to grab the files from, and the end folder, where you want the files to go) and then sit back with a beer and watch the computer work it's magic.
