pretty good...but i'm not so sure about the dark blue borders around the drop down menus...that's just me, though.

maybe you should kill the 'navigation' image. I have heard people say that if you have to point out your nav that it isnt working correctly. I just don't think you need it. then maybe move the whole works to the left. nahmean?

Pretty good.
I personally do not like the left column... maybe the black text on that blue is not so readable.
And... try to semplify the menu, it's kinda lost in all that color.Best.

just mabe fix up the bottom left corner it dont line up with the rest of the "box" so it looks a little out

as for the borders of the drop down, maybe it's best if i thin it out a little, but it still needs a border to stand out against the image underneath of it.
and .. i will rid of the navigation image as well, seem unnecessary. it was more of placeholder when i designed it.

dropdow menu's not working in NS7(mozilla) on a PC.
Might want to have a flash detect script. If you don't have flash installed (and choose not to download it when prompted) you get a nasty red X. probably not going to be an issue for 95% of visitors.
maybe uncrop that ladies head? it looks a little chopped off.
other than that, what everyone else said, and it looks good.
