Well we were both exchanging our woes and I came to realise that para is exactly the person we're looking for.
I need a junior web person, but the work fluctuates. Our primary business is design for print - and para has print process, artworking, and quark skills.
It's all looking good on paper, and I'll speak with my Boss later.
