I can't stand my older sister. She's 31, and can't do anything. She's stuck in my life, but she can't even comprehend that you're suppose to pay rent on the 1st of the month. She's always broke, everything is always negative in her life. Can anyone relate w/ idiot brothers or sisters? Argh

my sister is really materialistic, pretty naive, and generally just my polar opposite. Once she had the display name on her cellphone "nike princess". That's right folks, nike princess. It's bad enough she bought a new phone every month, but then she slaps some brand name / self righteous "cute" name on it. I don't know, it really bothered me. But I was reading no logo at the time. Go figure.

I have the biggest rows with my bother, but also the best chats.
I threw a knife at him once and missed and it stuck in my neighbours door as he opened it to see what was all the fuss about.
He's moving back to ireland and Im really gonna miss him even though i hate him sometimes.

My family seems perfect on the outside...but really...we always fight about the dumbest things.
It can get quite scary sometimes. And my siblings (3 sisters, 1 bro) are pretty cool most of the time, but they can be really nasty too.
I'm the oldest too, which has it's negatives and positives when you have four siblings.

I remember fighting with my bro in a bar in sydney. It got relly vicious and he stormed off. I remember running outside and shouting at him "If you walk off I'll never speak to you again"
He turned around and yelled "That'll be tuff considering your my fucken brother, idiot!"All the bouncers at the door laughed at me haha.
My point is, you'll have the worst rows with family cause you know that they will forgive you.

I think I am the retarded sibling. I have an older brother who is an engineer, married, and owns his own house.
Me on the other hand... well I work as a designer, I am single, I rent a townhouse in one of the roughest parts of Toronto and I receive a wage that puts me slightly above the poverty line.

The reason I call my sister a retard is because she can't talk, don't know how to buy a bug spray at the pharmacy, laughs like an idiot real easily, calls me to help her find an eye doctor, she doesn't know how to use the bug spray, I pay her rent sometimes, I pay for her cell phone bill, she babbles on and on when you talk to her on the phone while repeating the same thing over and over, she can't answer a simple question like "how many hours do you work a week?", and the list goes on...again, she's 31

my sister is my idol... so smart
and i have 2 half brothers i havent spoken to in years. one of them is gettin married in Switzerland in May... dunno about making the trip... they didnt invite my parents.. so its a toughie.

Well, I paid her 1st month rent, and deposit when she moved to NYC, but not after that. I do pay her cell phone bill every month as she doesn't make much money. She's a high school drop out. We're on different levels mang.

some of the best advice my dad gave to me is....
if you cant afford it dont have it!!!and i agree with lifeinbinary it may hurt her feelings now but theres a chance she will thank you for it later
