The reason I call my sister a retard is because she can't talk, don't know how to buy a bug spray at the pharmacy, laughs like an idiot real easily, calls me to help her find an eye doctor, she doesn't know how to use the bug spray, I pay her rent sometimes, I pay for her cell phone bill, she babbles on and on when you talk to her on the phone while repeating the same thing over and over, she can't answer a simple question like "how many hours do you work a week?", and the list goes on...again, she's 31
