if it makes you miserable being there, then they probably already know it and are just as unhappy having your sour puss around as you are being there. so do everyone a favour, and move on! as soon as you get out of there you will feel a weight lifted off your shoulders, and be able to go out seeking new employment with a spring in your step.
wish i had just left instead of hanging around as my soul slowly shrivelled up and died inside me... it was a relief when they eventually made me redundant, and it let me really focus my mind on what i wanted to do next.
