Anyone know if Stand in Glasgow has a website? I thought I'd been on it before but might have been imagining things. As you do.

Ah, I recognise it now! Cheers. I remember now I didn't bookmark it casue there was no site there.
Not trying to get work, no, but just heard they've been named Scottish Design Consultancy of the Year. Plus they now do work for some clients that the company I work for used to deal with.
Would like to see some of their stuff though.

Well you know who started it up don'tcha. Stuart Gilmour, used to be BD-Tank, and he started up that other large glasgow design agency...which i can't remember name of. Did the collage bar at the radison.

Found this:
Stuart Gilmour and the founding team at Stand left BD-Tank a year ago to go it alone. Already they are reaping the rewards. Gilmour, another previous winner of the coveted Designer of the Year title, is working on a high-profile raft of clients including Tennent’s, for which his company designed a tent for the lager giants at last year’s T-in-the-Park. Other clients include Glasgow Art Fair, Young Scot, Fife College and the Centre for Creative Industries at Glenrothes College. Gilmour and his team recently completed a massive town signage project with Clydebank that will run for many years to come.

And this:
The Robert Horne Scottish Design Consultancy of the Year crown was collected by Stand, at a lunchtime awards ceremony held in Glasgow yesterday.
The Glasgow-based design consultancy was launched around three years ago by Stuart Gilmour and Maggie Croft and for the past two years has been named as the One To Watch.
Stand scored the most consistently across the four main polls – Peer, Financial, Creative and Client Satisfaction – during The Drum’s research carried out in recent months. A full rundown of the event will appear in the next issue of the magazine.
