i love godspeed, they are incredible. i did see fly pan am, who is a side project of godspeed and they were about the best live show i have ever seen :)

i saw them play in california like probably over 5 years ago. it was intense. they set up all around the room and the crowd was in the middle.

yeah, I've heard the live show is amazing. I am constantly dissapointed by bands live sets. I'm not sure why.. too much jabber and machismo, I'm cool attitude.
I haven't heard fly pan am, but I have a few silver mt. zion records.

I've heard that they make media and magazines buy tickets to their shows, and if the show is sold out, they have to surrender their tickets to kids that don't have them.. ( press supposedly still on the guest list ).

saw them twice, once in a a presentation of an NY music label, and [personally my favourite] on an old, beautiful theatre, accompanied by some incredible imagery.
Very impressive, majestic sound.
And I didn't pay a dime.
Always a plus.

isn't that the last one where he sings in icelandic.. I think that ( ) is no specific language.. supposedl y just uses his voice as an instrument. Well, that's what someone told me. I wouldn't really know the difference most likely.
