I've been on set with Sacha... and to straiten some people out... there are two simple things that Mr Waldman does to make his pix stand out... one is he lights well and shoots everything separately.... the second is he uses photoshop... wow. take a photoshop class and you suddenly are emulating sacha walldman...

Seriously... discover the real world. Don't follow the trends you see on MTV (they're meant for people much younger than you). Be You. And if you say that you are being yourself, take a step back... take a deep breath... and look at yourself. Look at the front you're putting up.
Not cool, not real... a caricature. If that's what you're looking for, fine. I Just know that you and D have some skills... Focus on that.
Don't pose. Work... and honestly... at your age... play. Play more than you work. and don't network. Networking is a symptom of a disease... One that you should avoid at all costs.
