It's not my place to interrogate clients about what they feature in their portfolios. And I'm guessing that most people here do not make that a practice. I don't spend much time perusing other designer's portfolios.

is it really a matter of it being anyones business? to me, it seems it's only fair to warn potential clients of a companies illegitimate business practices. right now, their credibility is certainly a valid concern to this community.
