I know plenty of folk that went to some art school http://www.bbc.co.uk/scotland/tv… and not got a job and i know plent of folk that went to college, uni and school an dare doing really well.
You know why cause they have talent and they are use not phased by wanky stereo types like that!!!

went to art school in pittsburgh too, PTI. I learned more outside school than in. Now at Point Park getting my BA in Applied arts. ugh.

Art school is only good for encouraging sub-standard concept work (tea-bag for a business card type shite) but at college you get a proper grounding in typography and composition (dependant on tutor). In my opinion choose college courses over art school - unless you've got 4000 life drawings to get a place on a course.
