cabrini green chicago. worst area in chicago. hands down. so bad in fact, that on the exterior of all the highrise windows, and balconies they installed i shit you not industrial strength chicken wire. why?!? people were shooting out windows, throwing garbage, and from time to time people and babies off the balcony. anyone from chicago dares not drive through there at night.
being brought down now i believe.
