microdermabrasion doesn't really hurt, i hear it feels just like exfoliating.
that's probably going to be your best bet, since it does two things...wears the scar away, and stimulates the growth of collegen. That will keep your skin from collapsing, and forming another scar.
I've got a few scars to take of myself, so i've been talking to a dermatologist...

hmm maybe ill try what rand says 1st.. i dont trust teh dematoligist cuz my skin is super sensitive and everyhting they have given me so far has made it worse!

my girlfriend is a nurse and works in a skin care office... I'm have a scar on my arm shot with a laser. Shit hurts a little but after 5 or 6 visits it's supposed to be a lot smaller.
