like how to get rid of scars? go to a health food store of some sort, there are lot's of natural products that can help minimize the apperance of scars. but why would you? scars are kewl :)

my mom got burned with a jumping jack like 12 years ago on her chest.... 3rd degree burn and you can barely see the scar now...

well, you can do both. it comes in gel capsules and is generally good for all skin ailments.
it also comes as an oil. you want the highest units per mg you can find. in the uk you can get up to 50,000. in the states they only sell up to 30 or 40k, i think. this you would apply directly to the scarred tissue a few times daily.
also depends what kind of scar it is and how old it is.

You can break vitamin E capsules (liquid, not granules) and rub it on the scar.

the cocunut butter comes in a little container.... its either e or d but you put it on....
but I know if you take it as a vitamin pill as well it will also help the process....

I never found vitamin e to work. Got cut a few months ago from coming off my bike. Tried the vitamin e oil for some time on the scar didnt really do anything, in fact it made the scar darker. wtf?

yeah, i was thinking that. vit e is the big powerhouse for burns. i'm not sure how well it works on other kinds of scars.
