actually jerky is very lean.. like 98-99% fat free and high in protien.

well gabe.. if all you have to worry about is making jerky and selling it.. then fishing and snowboarding.. i doubt you really need all the gadgets in life...
they just get in the way. And I am sure you can start up a small buisness to make ends meet if you want. Part time coffee shop.. who knows. Just anything to get your hands dirty .

if you really want to do something volunteer to go to Asia and help rebuild a village. Maybe organize some people who can raise some funds at home. Do it for a year or something and come back as a blessed person.

well - after getting fired last year i basically took a year off and kinda freelanced - but not really... it was teh worst year of my life... i thought id welcome a break from the craziness but i really missed it. i did the same thing thought of opening a toy store or something but, my heart just wasnt in it...

Thats how I am living right now...I got some land in Costa Rica which i share with Derek and Jeedub...and when we get ultra stressed we jsut dip down there chill for 2 weeks and coem back...Thats why i love ichat...I can conference with my clients when I am away...even if its Dereks cottage up north...I just sometimes need to get away from teh hektekness of teh city...
