i had a hiptop [sidekick] in toronto and txt messaging/email ruled... i could type so fast on that thing... it was great. everybody i worked with had one, we were like so cool. :D

i know.
all my friends in japan are into text messaging because they can't use it in trains/buses and their phones are sooo developed.sidekick is pretty hot, too.
i get envious.

he was someone i knew a few years ago that i ran into the other day while getting drinks with friends.

ok, i don't get this dave dude.
so i said he called - he was concerned if i remembered who he was. i was like "yeah i remember who you are now, i didn't text you back coz i was busy with work...blah blah blah". he was like "ok, well i'm going out of town this weekend but maybe we'll talk next week"
then just now, 3 hours later, he text messages again saying "we met last year and bumped into each other on friday...ring a bell?"
and i'm thinking "didn't i say i remember you over the phone???"

1)i have already answered his question
and
