it's really clean, which i like, BUT, there is an issue with the content and headlines in your different sections shifting around, as does the picture to the right. clean that up. also i don't like how the photo album section has a different layout than the rest of the content.
also, i don't think you need to use flash to present your work. i think you could have a cool clean fast site without it. the transitions on the work take too long and you can't just look at your work. how many different shots of one poster do you really need anyway?

I like some of your work but I think your site could use some improvement. The links jump around, and basically its kind of uninspiring. Have some fun with it. You look like you were going with a real simple minimal approach, but then kinda pussed out. If this is your first site, then start making a new one right now. I'm not being mean, what I'm getting at is that the next site you do will be better...just keep redesigning your own site until youre really happy.
You've got the skill ;) now put it to work for you.

It needs more. If you want to go so minimal you really have to make the typography and layout sing.

Agree with the above. You really do not need flash it doesnt make sense. And i'm not feeling that brown. reminds me of bad stuff. The nav needs to be more consistent. Its all over the place right now. good work other then that. Oh and coming soon sections are the worst thing in the world. :)

you have some good pieces, they should be shown better, I don't think you need those borders at all
I think you should left align all the text so they look neater.
The content body text are different position on every page, it looks weird.
But I like the white space.

I like the skyscraper poster, however, the push in to it shows a really poor section of the headline which I read as 'crapper'
