it's really clean, which i like, BUT, there is an issue with the content and headlines in your different sections shifting around, as does the picture to the right. clean that up. also i don't like how the photo album section has a different layout than the rest of the content.
also, i don't think you need to use flash to present your work. i think you could have a cool clean fast site without it. the transitions on the work take too long and you can't just look at your work. how many different shots of one poster do you really need anyway?
