Too bad the US military/CIA can't even ascertain whether or not they were terrorists in the first place after two years of interogation. When the Oklahoma City boming took place the CIA didn't imprison every militia member who knew McVeigh for 2 years now did they?

I don't get your question - there's no difference between a legit prisoner and a terrorist -
... my point is that it's difficult to tell who's a terrorist or who isn't - they're an enemy w/no revealing marks... it's not like 'the redcoats are coming' or anything.

I'm afraid people who are not really terrorists might be put on terrorists watch lists and sent to Cuba. Just for having a terrorist friend or a terrorist member of the family!
