I'm afraid people who are not really terrorists might be put on terrorists watch lists and sent to Cuba. Just for having a terrorist friend or a terrorist member of the family!

"It's got to be frustrating for those who are trying to put a stop to terrorism as they really don't know if they have a legit prisoner or not"
what is the difference between a 'legit prisoner' and a 'terrorist'

uhhhhh... nothing.
I don't get your question - there's no difference between a legit prisoner and a terrorist -
... my point is that it's difficult to tell who's a terrorist or who isn't - they're an enemy w/no revealing marks... it's not like 'the redcoats are coming' or anything.

you've gotta birthday coming up i think... i owe ya a starburst.

Too bad the US military/CIA can't even ascertain whether or not they were terrorists in the first place after two years of interogation. When the Oklahoma City boming took place the CIA didn't imprison every militia member who knew McVeigh for 2 years now did they?

dobs... who is 'they'? accused terrorists?
- mrdobolina0
Why shouldn't they all be treated the same?
- abizzyman0
that's horrible news, unfitt...
... I don't condone that sort of torture at all...
... it's sad - but it's true that the world is in a pretty shit state after 9-11. Terrorists don't exist under any specific geographical government or location. It's not as if the world is going up against Germany and Japan like in WWII.
These things that happened to the four british men are terrible - but should also be expected based on the state of the enemy. It's got to be frustrating for those who are trying to put a stop to terrorism as they really don't know if they have a legit prisoner or not.

oui...
stoppppp.
I don't completely agree w/Gonzales' accused actions in Texas - but I'd have to look at the cases to fully understand and not take some whiny lib website's word for it...
... as for afghanistan and abu graib -- those people are NOT under the 5th ammendment cloak that the U.S. folks are - they don't deserve 'due process'... and they're accused of terrorism or aiding terrorists --- they deserve humane treatment, yes - but not civil liberties.
... I mean - it's not like the US is cutting off their heads or anything...

I honestly think you are a clown and an idiot. so No, I dont think it is childish.

I always thought Kona was trying to be an idiot, like most self-deprecating comedians.
