nf is a sophomore at SVA from what i hear. and my shoddy sources indicate over too much eyeliner that he thinks he's all that now that he's been briefly cast up on the beach of artstardom.
someone needs to start tagging up FACENECK just to fuck with him.

With a Nike symbol beside it. I always wondered: if you tagged with enough real logos, could you get those companies fined?

some cos got smacked around a little bit around the turn of the century for some streetteam shit they were doing - remember those spraypainted stencil things on the sidewalks etc that were all the rage for a while?

i believe the brunt of the law still comes down on the actual nozzleman... an it was only through a chain of ass-saving they-paid-us-to-do-its that it got back to the companies themselves even though it was obvious...
i used to ride documentation for a streetteam, (yes, sigh, we did some of those stenciled head things) and if anyone was busted, they were fined directly for what they were doing (and made to rip stuff down in the case of posters)
only if you got massively enough busted (which is rare when you have 6 guys and the order is to scatter on sight of cops) and then only if your company lawyers were actually dumb enough to finger upward rather than let you take the lite vandalism rap would the issue of penalizing the "sponsoring entity" (in that case, the agency) come up.
then the agency's lawyers would have to be dumb enough again to finger upward for the actual client to get nailed...
