i don't think the leaving opportunity sounds that solid.
to split and start up a 3 person team on the simple premise of hurt feelings isn't enough to make me go.
there would have to be a very fleshed out business plan first. and a healthy dose of steady clients wouldn't hurt.

gorbie's right. and there isnt anything wrong with smoking before work. Its not like we operate heavy machinery :)

yeah, i dont even make the ads.
:/
i am on this pitch though, and im basing it on the budget they are paying the agency which we have never been afforded.we have always been given a shoestring budget and now the skies the limit with this agency.

this other opportunity is with a pr consultant to high end companies around the world. mostly to trade publications. there is a lot of work to be had it seems. they should have the contracts secured in march. so it is pretty solid.

dope, robbie. I decided (with the help of mayo) to stay at me current employer for a bit. I worked them up a bit, but it still didnt make cents.

its just real shitty to get done like this after all the long hours. the company has exploded and id like to think we had a significant role in helping that happen.
- mrdobolina0

cause that agency has the resources to sell their "ideas"
i've done a lot of in house work. that does happen. you gotta pray on your boss when the agency fucks up. point out things you may have done differently. that's prolly what they do to your owner.

- Gorbie0

thanks beech. the truth is there is much better work where im at right now. im currently desiigning the exterior/interior signage and paint schemes to 2 new buildings we are moving into. its tough indeed
- Gorbie0
that sounds fun to me. i tend to boil it down to $$$ when it gets close.
but my initial reaction to what i've read would be to stay.

Thtat sounds like a great project, I'm looking to move on from my job soon but I wouldn't know how to leave a job mid-project (i'm quite possesive) and i'm allways working on something, so ... how do i leave.
