Is it wrong to PBS a link to your own site more than once?
What do you think warrants a second post (redesign, new content)?
Just curious what people think.
Personally, I've posted twice to my site in the past. The second time (two months later) I linked to different content but I still debated if it was a dick move.
I can see how people might want to attract new visitors but what do you think constitutes abuse?

i don't know. personally i have never linked any work that i have done in the pbs. i just feel that the pvn is almost a better place for personal links. just my opinion though.

I know what you mean about PVN. The thing is I started visiting this site a long time before I decided to register and dig around the PVN. For awhile, I just checked the NTB and PBS. I'm guessing alot of people out there are like that and the PVN might not get as much attention.
BUT, you do have a much better chance of getting feedback and talking about relevant stuff. Maybe its quality vs quantity?

I agree with nburlington.

yeah, i see what you mean. i think it's weird when people put their site in the pbs and ask for feedback. seems kind of backwards : )

Even when I posted to the PBS I didn't get heaps of links. People are good at spotting crap.
There should be a course on
"PBS posts that get results"ugh, just writing that made me sick.
Sometimes I suspect that evil marketing monsters are posting to PBS. Like the Burger King dancing chicken thing. After the 18th time I saw it I started to wonder if it wasn't coincidence(sp?).
