banner file size sucks!
If I click info on my swf file I get 16 K on disk (8.765 byte)
is 16 or 8.765 the file size in KB?

the last one is the file size (8.765). which system are you working on?

8.765 is good then I need to be under 15 KB – witch is great!

interesting. thought it was classic os only. something with how the hard drive is setup, you know which system like HFS etc. works with blocks instead of real file size. e.g. a 2 byte file takes at least 1 block (i think in classic it's 4 Kb or something). quite inefficient sometimes. don't know the exact details but it has to do something with this.

the 16k or whatever it is is the a mount of space it takes up on your hard drive, not the actual file size.
