Background:
Ten One is a post production company. The name comes from a compression ratio.
To determine how compression affects file size, you divide the file size by the compression ratio. So, a 10:1 compression ratio will make a 27 MB file 2.7 MB.

my overall impression is that the name of the company is too small. I can just imagine it reproduced as a small CMYK or b/w and barely beign able to read the ten one.
between the 3, i think that i like "g" the best. Every movie uses that fotn for it's title. Trajan, i think.peace,

and yeah that does resemble the bmw logo doesn't it - but that's what an old school editing screen number rundown looks like too....

i'd rethink that symbol personally... but if you're dead set on using it, you gotta make the type work with it a lot better than it is right now

Not a fan of trajan... I like the idea though. I'd keep werkin it bro.
and it looks like text will be unreadable when logo is reduced to an inch wide.. no?
Try using the text as a logotype and reducing the icon a seperate entity.

because the font suggests film to me for some reason, perhaps its the old 9, 8,7,6.. countdown i remember.
although the modern "e" in "one" is throwing the nostalgia off.. how about a more classic condensed gothic? Hoefler Knockout?
