I guess you would need a receipt from the seller. And I guess you'll get that kind of document if you buy from iTunes or similiar but then you can only sell files where you grant it's second hand and not pirate copies. That will make the market lot smaller. Interesting idea though. Good luck!

uhm, most MP3s are second-hand already. there's no reason to reinvent the wheel as far as filesharing goes.

yeah, but you are not going to get away with it having a public access area for it. lol most p2p's are at your own risk

now what would be a good idea is that for every mainstream mp3 that is downloaded you automatically downloaded a not well known genre specific (or not) mp3 as well which you have to listen to before you're allowed to listen to your chosen download. that way people will learn more about what's out there and maybe get interested in other artists / bands.
