How come people never tire of this ridiculous "fight"? I just cannot se why; if you like working on a Mac then do so, if you like working on a PC then do that. I use both, but for different things - ass some one said; in the end they are just tools!
And for good sakes, when doing that kind of list, why not making shore you are right before posting??

Of those SOFTWARE related issues, two are wrong. The linking issue is just plain false.
In Illustrator, go into preferences, and under File Handling & Clipboard, check PDF and AICB and "Preserve Paths".
That way you get options in Photoshop and paths After Effects when pasting.
