What is the fastest way to defrost chicken breast?
I want to make chicken and veggies for dinner tonight.

directly in a bowl of water, replace water every 10 min till thawed. marinate.

Far better results as the chicken keeps moisture inside.

i really don't think there is a way around a tough piece of poultry if it's already been frozen. don't use a microwave though. that will make it like a piece of damn leather.
