Can't get over her

It seems that more often then not if you have lived on this planet for a decent amount of time, you wil get your heart broken. To some it happens early, to me it happend recently (I'll be 31 in a month) Anyway, I never thought she would leave me, and now she is gone and I can't seem to get over it. We went out for about 3 years.
it is definetly over, no looking back, but that is all I can do.It's even harder because I know it was only a short time before she had another boyfriend. I just think that's fucked up. It will be awhile until I can care about anyone again.
I know in the scheme of things it could be worse. I could be divorced, divorced with kids. But it doesn't stop the pain. That and the fact that the game has changed (dating game) and even though I am young I am rusty and just unable to make connections with anyone.
That's it if you got this far just venting.

ouch! Chin up. Call your mates over and have a party. Being single takes getting used to but its good fun. Just dont think of women as people, think of them as sex objects and you'll be fine.

after my first true love dumbed my sorry ass, i call up some good buddies and had a good night with lots of beer and poker, then went out clubbin' to find chicks.. didn't find any but it help..

sorry to hear that. chin up. i can't preach cause i'm shit but the only advice i have is that prescription pills build up a nasty bothersome tolerance that don't help.

Don't let yourself get depressed. You can control feelings like that with a strong mind.
Exercise is good. Meet some ladies. Get creative. Focus on your work. Keeping busy is one of the best things for you mentally.
