Jesus...when is this going to stop. Fucken inhuman pieces of garbage. Absolutely no excuse for stuff like this.
(CNN)
Hostage Margaret Hassan, director of CARE International in Iraq, who was kidnapped last month, has apparently been killed, the humanitarian group says. A statement from her family reads: "We cannot believe how anybody could do this to our kind, compassionate sister. The gap she leaves will never be filled." Al-Jazeera reported obtaining a video showing a woman identified as Hassan being shot.

if your country was invaded by an outside force, your life was ripped upside down, you thought your way of life was threatened, wouldnt you do everything in your power to fight ?
remember the movie red dawn?
in that respect, i can understand why they are fighting us so hard

It's attitudes like yours that fuel terrorist hatred.
I am completely against the war, but kidnapping an INNOCENT FEMALE AID WORKER that had worked her whole life to try and improve conditions for Iraq...shoving a bag over her head after a month of torture and blowing her brains out...
I repeat my point...these people are SCUM.

Yeah, but my friend, in Red Dawn they were fighting the one-party, tyrannical system of COMMUNISM - of course u would fight there, but for christ sakes - these primitive subhumans are destroying THEIR OWN country - their blowing up and murdering WOMEN AND CHILDREN/ NON-COMBATANTS - destroying THEIR oil reserves which money-wise would be feeding and educationg them - and the cherry on top is that we are setting up their country to GIVE IT BACK to them - to hell with those sub-humans -

feelings are going to get hurt in this thread.
everything is relative guys.
- fadeproof0
yeah - shooting a defensless woman who gave the last 30 years of her life to helping the unfortunate and destitute - that can CERTAINLY be justified relatively -
dude are you a nutcase?
- no_info0
you are the one using subhuman as a descriptor
check yourself first!
- ********0
are you talking to me?
if you are, i didn't say that it was justifiable by any means. i'm only saying that a) people's feelings are going to get hurt in this thread. and b) everything is relative, what might seem monsterous to us might not be so terrible to somebody under different circumstances.
if you want my peronsal opinion, i think we (USA) are to blame for the woman's death more than the Iraqi people you've labeled as 'sub-human'
- fadeproof0
I use sub-human because they kill women and children - then what would u call them?! They dont deserve the title human!
What have u got?!!!!

we've blown up thousands more of their women and children. thousands. take a second and see if from their side..
a HUGE power invaded their country, kills their people, and is there taking their resources.
the first thing anyone would do their is to fight us off. im not surprised that they dont just shuff it off and wait for it to get better, they dont see it getting better with us their. they see us as invaders, simple as that
that said, its going to take a whole lot of trust on both sides to make it work. it wont be easy

I can't believe that some people actually think that this is 'understandable'. Makes me despair.

absolutely NO EXCUSE for their actions - NONE - I guess being force-fed a twisted version of a 2000 year old document since the very moment u were born has something to do with it...
- ********0
fadeproof, i know its probably impossible for you to do, but really try and take a step back and look at the big picture.
im not gonna post in this thread anymore, don't wanna get my feelings hurt.
have a good one.

And why aren't more Islamic leaders condemming this type of behaviour.
For all the ills of the west, at least we have significant portions of our countries condemming the acts perpetrated in Iraq.
- fadeproof0
...I encourage u to do the same, nick
peace out

don't you get it yet. The killers just watched an american soldier shoot a wounded man at point blank range on the local news!
wake up
- ********0

-------------------------------there were protests on the streets in iraq calling for her release, many islamic and arab leaders called for her release, some Iraqis offered themselves to her captors for her release, all arab media outlets denounced it
also, there was a message supposedly from the "al-Qaeda in iraq" group led by Abu Musab al-Zarqawi calling for her release.
but none of that matters now does it
