For clients who wants the "flashy" site without paying you what its worth, i might consider doing something like this... It used to be design before business, now its business before design.... agree?

I guess a mistake here is when you say that it will bring bad influence when customers will see that 2 companies have similar design. But Internet is so big and the chance for regular customer to find 2 websites with the same design is like to find a needle in haystack. Like other people already told here - Content is a King. All you need is just to have a nice and easy-to-use website. No matter how it is designed.
P.S. This is a businessman's point of view, not designer's.

Well I'm sure you could use that response and achieve some of the results you are after, but wouldnt you rather have a response that uniquely idenifies your needs and compliments the marketing and branding that I know is important to you ?

Nope, it is 100% original design and developed in Kentico CMS ASP.NET. I know that for a fact because I designed it. When I go to http://www.allguna.se/ it looks nothing like www.envisiondr.com which means they probably got found out (thanks for the post!) and changed it to a Monster Template or something.
