what exactly makes this a jack (which i believe comes from "hi-jack")? the cardboard box becoming a background? that's a weak claim, since neither site invented the cardboard background look.
the "transition" hand (which is supposed to represent some other person between the user and the site? why?) isn't unique to either site, either.
