GTA San Andreas only on your PS2 > I've got both and if I had to give one to a poor dying child who's last wish was for a latest generation console they'd be getting the xBox.

it does come down to the games though - if I was buying one, it'd be PS2. just because it's sexier and isn't made by miscroshaft (saying that, there's rumour Xbox was a ripped of 2nd generation Dreamcast that never made the light of day)
I'm a pauper so I got an old dreacast for £15 and have now downloaded the entire dreamcast back catalogue - not to mention most NES, SNES and megadrive/Genesis games ever made.

I dont know for the rest of the world, but here in Sweden they are throwing PS2 and Xboxes after people...
