there's software that does that now, but I wasnt aware of it at the time. also I learned alot doing that.

I just bought a 20gb ipod friday, and bought this case:
http://www.agent18.com/main.html…really nice, hard plastic, not too thick, snaps on and it looks really nice. protects the screen, sides and back, only part exposed is the top and bottom and the scroll wheel.

dude those plastic cases make it look like you ripped it off from the store's security system or something.
use clear packing tape.. cut it precisely to fit the screen. you cant even tell its there and works perfectly.
