what are you guys usin to keep your ipods safe? i have a skin type thing on my 2nd gen 10 gig but i just bought a 4th gen 20 gig to replace it...
gonna try making something out of felt i think.........
anyone got any good links?

all this ipod armor stuff seems like something those 30 year old asian bachelors who wrap their tv remotes in saran wrap would do.

i didnt care about scratches either until i realized i wanted to sell my old ipod. plus the screen gets really hard to read when it gets chewed up.

thats what the backlight is for.
my OG 5gig is scratched to shit, gives it charachter.
i don't plan on selling it either, gonna rock that bitch till she dies.

i got the og 5 gig too. no case. lots of scratches, a couple dents where it hit the asphalt. i used to use a case when i go running, but it was too bulky. i just carry it in my hand. the sweat keeps it clean. when the battery finally goes, i'm buying a mini with the armband.

Kinda off topic but I'm if anyone has seen the burton zoom backpack for photographers. I need a pack that will fit my nikon d1x and i can't seem to find any specs. the camera boby is tall like an f5. burton's site isn't helping me.

spit the frames out of premiere, imported into photoshop, played with the levels, ran an action on all of the frames, imported into flash, traced them and then tweak tweak tweak. thats like 3 videos of footage of rodney mullen. Wish I had original video, but didnt at the time. I did that like 2.5 years ago.
I used this program called macromagic to automate the trace bitmap function in flash for alot of the frames.
