i was trying to figure out this so called video problem one of our managers was having with this

which part are you moving to?
..not that it really matter, a whole bunch will be the likely answer regardless...
however, just to the south is taijuana, which can be quite affordable I'm told.

venice or marina del rey. i know, opposites, butstill not really sure. somewhere in that general area. i had a friend that lived in north hollywood and that was affordable. ghetto, but affordable. and i never really had any problems there when i visited her.
