How long has your personal/portfolio site been stuck on one page... trapped in an eternal update?

6 mo with only simple portfolio up.
can't decide on one design or theme or color scheme or biz or personal, do I make separte sites or try to pile every idea into one pot and melt it down. what if that waters it down. what if ... nevermind

i had the .ai file for two years before i finally turned it into a site.

3 years for me...i think.
i still like the site look/feel/navigation...but some of that shit has got to go! it's sooooo old.
it sucks 'cause i can't access to it unless i'm on a secure connection/static IP...and i'm on DIAL-UP at home. haha! what a loser I am : )

More than a year. I have plans for it but never find the time. There are photos in there somewhere. Mostly I just use it for email. Too busy now doing occasional work on my band's website, which is linked through my NT profile.
