I don't think you could have done a better job. I would say you have taken into consideration every critical aspect there is to consider; and everything seems to follow the theme i.e. color, complexity [or lack of]. I would sum it up by saying that the brief has definitely been fulfilled.

I didn't spot any bugs.

Wow, thanks for the kind words!

Should come as no surprise mate, you did a good job.
kudos.

looks good......
the text disappears into the bottom image if you make the text larger.......using the browser to change the font size

hmm.. yes i see that problem... what would be the best work around for that? iframes?

no bugs and works and looks great I really like the orange on the rollover buttons it make them stand out really well, I also like the fact that you considered everything from colour to the relaxing imagery is cool
one of the best layout designs Ive seen round

This site is so nice you should submit it to one of those interactive design competitions -- I'm sure you'd win.
One thing I would do is make "KIM BURTON..." located above the navigation a link back to the homepage (even though you already have a home link) when the user is in any other page besides the homepage.

good stuff.
besides the link to home via kim burton, a very small consideration - I'd try to separate thru color or type size the "kim burton" header left from the section headers. they're too similar. again, a very small consideration.

looks nice, but I'll agree with liquid, text runs into the image at bottom, lots of space up top...
you could move the text up

Lind — what competitions?
- dfx1800
See, I told ya so [good work].

Do you thing using iFrames will make the text problem less annoying?

very nice job!
The only thing I would change is the body type - trebuchet or verdana would be a lot cleaner - and also I would recommend increasing the line height in blocks of text to about 16px or so

bump, this was posted on the weekend and i thought more people could critique it if they are around

nice site, nice style..
only a couple of minor comments..
- on the 'About kim Burton' page i think that the second line of the bullet point should align left at the same point as the first letter at the beginning of the bullet point.
- A little unusal that the 'home' button is at the bottom of the nav.. may consider moving 2 the top..
- the photogrpahy credits text is starting to disappear on my 1600 x 1200... maybe a little more contrast...
- maybe have the top left logo link back 2 home as well...
nice job though..

also, you don't have a doctype or any meta tags in your source
