i do.
however....
ideally i'd live in southern France or Italy's Toscane, where food tastes numerous times better then all the prepared cooked nuked manipulated junk we get here.. and hey, people get really old as well over there.
all i am saying is stimulate yourself to eat pure and fresh food.
thank god i live in a fairly 'non-urban' area where you can get plenty of 'homegrown' veggies and fruits. love it!

Me too. I am far enough out from the city where I do have a stand that I go to on the weekends. Straight from the patch. Good stuff. As far as meat goes though I'm screwed... unless I want to go back home to the neighbors and watch them dice a cow for me. :)

i hear ya, k0na! that's how i like it. :)
about the meat: same issue here, just buy that at the regular stores and -sometimes- at this special store that is specialized in 'green'-meat which is usually juicier but more expensive.
and i do not ask my nearest farmer to slaughter a sheep for me right then and there, since i have this precious 'special' relationship with the sheeps in this region... ;P

every weekend down to local farmers market for me. far superior to that of the grocery store.
i don't dine on swine or cow, but i'm pretty sure i have ate my fair share of 'unconventional meat' in some of the processed/premade stuff i have ate in my lifetime. ya' know, like rats, cockroaches, flies, maggots, dung beatles, procupines, etc.
