Mac OSX dock effect in flash

tried the search for several keywords but came up empty handed. have also searched on flashkit, were-here,ultrashock etc.
I know I have seen someone recreate this effect in flash (it's really nothing more than a horizontal tsunami effect really)
can anyone point me in the right direction? or at least point me to a horizontal tsunami effect?
