New rule for Female portfolios

I know I'm gonna catch a lil heat for this but can we make this a new rule for female portfolio sites... please have a photo of your self in the about me section. I know this is terrible for me to ask but it would be so much more helpful for folks that are looking to hire. even better would be a full body shot... please.. thanks.

Well, it's no secret that if a man or woman doing the hiring it doesn't help if the person from the opposite sex happens to be attractive. I have been told by a few recruiters and headhunters to send a headshot along or place one on my site. I said fuck that.
We are hiring now and although I am not the one doing the hiring I can say that out of the past 4 people we've hired in our department all 4 of them have been hired by dudes and they are rediculously hot chicks.

see that's what I'm talkin about! cabin fever aside... I was workin at a spot where the CD god bless his soul would ONLY hire cute hot designer chicks- no matter how wack their skills were. I tell you I LOVED working there. In fact the only reason I got hired was because the CEO who was a an older horndog lady thought I was hot... hahaha

It's crazy how many "good looking" people get jobs.
The company I work for just hired a new executive. A good looking gentlemen. He comes off as very comfortable and confident with himself and his looks. Whick i'm sure has rocketed him to "executive statis". But now, put under pressure, we get the pleasure of watching the pretty boy crack.

my boss actually hired an "ex-stripper" who stopped stripping and started doing photography 2 months before.
i'm sure she got the job because she was qualified as a photographer, and not for those lap dances. uh-huh. wanker.
she was gone in 3 weeks. bloody waste of time.
