ok. relooking.
seriously. no. within that definition any character with a slanted vertical line crossing it would be a polish l. besides, it looks way more than a d or a 6.
it's an official typographical character. and if i'm not mistaken it's the math symbol for partial differential (as stated before).
not smoking is good!

actually i don't. seriously. or am i looking at the wrong polish l? the only thing that is similar is that slanted horizontal (i said vertical before, which is duh wrong) line. the rest of the entire shape is totally different.

I would try to find an old gothic font and redraw it trying to make it look more like some kind of satanic rune, more of a cult vibe, right now it could be some kind of rural social club or something... but thats just me

i hear ya rasko.., but i don't want to give too much of a "theme"... plus I'm crap at finding fonts.

i like the second one better i guess. although i would try to find an m with no curved "paws".
stew: well why the hell didn't you bring that up earlier instead of going on that it's an polish l? :) that's the same character allright. thanks for informing me properly.

it looks like you put the d/6 thingy on the same baseline as the m.. not good.. it should go down jsut a tiny tidbit.. it looks a wee bit amateurish now..
