I thought I'd let everyone know that Mediatemple is updating your hosting options if you notify them that you're under an old plan.
Basically, I have three sites that I run - all of them were purchased w/100mb of space and 10 gig of transfer.
I recently bought more hosting for a client - 250mb w/15gig of transfer for the SAME PRICE as my 100mb 10gig deal.
So, I went into my account and put in tech-ticket on all three of my accounts asking them to match the deal.
They updated all of them almost immediatly (more than double the space and +1/2 the transfer).
You have to set up a ticket through your account if you're going to do this.
